Whew! This week just flew by! I feel like I say that every Friday… but it’s true. Especially lately, as I have been a busy bee getting ready for the Scout Market coming up. Only a week away! Yikes! I hope you all can make it out. There are some great vendors (as usual). It’s going to be a great day of vintage and handmade shopping – not to mention supporting local businesses!
I thought I would leave you with an adorable red brick barn. And it’s available to rent! Too bad it’s all the way in Australia, otherwise I would be there in a heartbeat. I love the fresh, simple European feel to it.

Well, I hope you all have a great long weekend! I am not sure if the sun is going to hold out but it will be nice to get some relaxing in anyway. We have another couple of showings this weekend… I think we are getting close to selling this place! Cross your fingers for us! See you next week!

Happy Monday all! I hope you had a great weekend honoring all the ‘mothers’ in your life! It was my first mothers day with a child and it was wonderful. More than anything, it just made me so thankful to God for making me a mother. I sure love my girl a lot. I also got to spend some time with both my mother and mother-in-law; both amazing women. I can only hope to aspire to be half the mothers they are and have been.
The weather has finally been so warm and beautiful here on the West coast! Hallelujah! I have been craving some good old vitamin D! I will leave you with a few lovely things this morning (all in a shade of pink!) before I head outside to soak it all in. Hope you can get outside today too!
First – a lovely little post on ‘mothering’ day (which I totally agree with).
A lovely dress.
A lovely little wall hanging.
Some lovely pants.
A lovely cake.
A lovely towel.
lovely beet hummus.
A lovely hat.
A lovely craft.
Hi all. Yesterday just got a bit too crazy to show up here. We had a last minute house showing (among other things)… And I am really hoping we don’t have too many more before our little loft sells. Praying that the right person comes along soon. Here are a few lovely things for your Wednesday morning. Enjoy.
A lovely rug.
Lovely baskets.
Lovely pants.
A lovely desk.
A lovely vintage dress.
A lovely clutch.
A lovely bed.
A lovely baby romper.
Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was pretty good, although I came down with the flu and it’s still hanging around today. I am going to try to spend as much time in my bed today as is possible with an active 4 month old. I am only wishing my bed looked like this one. I’ll be back tomorrow with a few lovely things.

Happy Friday! I don’t know about you, but wow, that week went by fast! A couple nights ago, Dustin and I went on a spontaneous date night without Wren. Dinner and then groceries… my, how the times have changed
. While in line at the grocery store, I decided to treat myself to the new Country Living Magazine. I was actually looking for this one, but they didn’t have it.
This North Carolina home was one of my favorite features in the magazine (you can see my other favorite one here). The owners have done a great job ‘DIY-ing’ their entire house on a budget. That’s my kind of house! From full on renovations, to building furniture, to decorating. And it looks great! I love all the white walls with the natural wood tones. So airy and light.

So, any fun plans for the weekend? We are having an open house on Sunday afternoon so we will have to find somewhere to escape for a few hours… I am thinking maybe some treasure hunting? We will see. Have a great weekend all!
